We’re looking for a Community Researcher to help us discover great guests, suggest fresh topics, and stay close to the conversations shaping the space.

Here are some ways you can get involved as a Community Researcher:

  • Find and suggest podcast guests, from founders and builders to researchers, creators, and underrated community voices

  • Propose episode ideas, bring in timely themes, strong discussion angles, and topics the audience actually cares about

  • Stay on top of community conversations, follow what’s happening across X, Telegram, Discord, Farcaster, and beyond

  • Help with podcast research, prepare background notes, trends, and context that make each episode sharper

  • Contribute on a flexible basis, with flexible working hours and flexible compensation

Our DAO includes a private Telegram chat where founders, artists, builders, researchers, and other thoughtful voices exchange ideas and stay close to the conversations shaping the space.

You can become a DAO member after appearing as a podcast guest or by filling out our Google Form [here].

As with our Community Researcher applications, all submissions are reviewed strictly by the project team, and you should expect a response by email within 1–2 days, potentially followed by additional questions or a short interview.
